Welcome to my home on the internet.
I am Daniel Christopher Vining, a native of Pensacola, FL and a true internet addict. I love my family, friends, Nascar racing, the military, science, and technology.
My first forays into the world of computers came in grade school on what were then state of the art Apple Macintosh desktop units that could play a game called Oregon Trail. From there, computers were not a big part of my life until high school. In high school I was very active with computers as the school newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief. I remember going to the new computer lab where all the computers were brand new and installed with the then new Windows XP operating system. A couple of years out of high school (2002), my family got a rather inexpensive Windows desktop from Wal-Mart and shortly there after I had created my first website. Since then, I have been an active computer and internet geek. I have profiles on all the major social networks and have maintain some variation of www.DANIELVINING.com since 2005.
On this blog you will find my ramblings, opinions and experiences that I encounter as I journey through life. Some things will be serious, some mundane, and others completely random.
